Refund and Returns Policy

At Saltistic, we take pride in delivering premium salt and salt-related products to our valued customers. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 07 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After 07 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Due to the nature of salt products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Please ensure you provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) when initiating a return.

Items not eligible for return:
• Opened or partially used salt products
• Custom-made or special-order items
• Broken or Damaged Salt Lamps
• Lumped Bath Salts

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and complete an inspection, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, kindly check with your bank account as it may take some time for the refund to be fully processed.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange a product, please send us proof of damage at our official Email or our WhatsApp Number.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please dispatch it to our official address, however, note that the shipping costs for returning your item must be borne by the customer. In any case, Saltistic shall not be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
